Taking pride in practicing with evidence based science, Jillian is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian who meets clients where they are in the process of change.  She is passionate about empowering clients to apply personalized and reliable nutrition therapy to achieve the balanced lifestyle that works for them.

 

Jillian received her Bachelor's of Science in Health Science and Public Health from Boston University, where she also received emergency medicine technician training. After working in a fast paced emergency room in Boston, Jillian felt a greater calling to focus on prevention and overall quality of life. She went on to receive her Master's Degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons University, where she also completed her Didactic Program in Dietetics. She then completed Dietetic Internship and earned her credentials as a Registered Dietitian.​​​

For the last decade, Jillian has experience working in several areas of healthcare, from hospitals and clinics, to community settings and schools, to corporate wellness companies. She has experience working with a wide range of demographics, children and adults from varying backgrounds, both one on one and in group settings, bringing a unique and well rounded perspective.

Jillian currently works with the United States Army in the Military Nutrition Division as a project manager coordinating complex nutrition randomized control research trials. She also helps run the school nutrition program for a public school district, and is a medical reviewer for nutrition related consumer articles.
